Falcons Break 36-Hole School Record, Currently Sit In First Place In Cleveland

Westlake, Ohio – The Bowling Green State University men's golf team concluded the first round of the Tom Tontimonia Invitational today (Oct. 7) with a team score of -13 (555), good for first place for the tournament. The mark is the best 36-hole score in program history.

All seven Falcons participating in the tournament are within the top 23 players. The five not competing as individuals are within the top 18. Rodrigue Vie is in first place among the 78-player field, shooting -6 (136). Vie is just short of the program record for a 36-hole performance, which is 132.
