BOWLING GREEN — The Bowling Green State University hockey will honor four seniors this Saturday as the quartet — forwards Brett D’Andrea, Jakob Reichert, Mitch McLain, and Tyler Spezia — skate in their final regular-season games at the Slater Family Ice Arena on Friday and Saturday.
But there still is much to be accomplished for this group. And that goes beyond the four regular-season games, the Western Collegiate Hockey Association playoffs, and a possible NCAA tournament berth that follow Saturday’s 7:07 p.m. contest against Michigan Tech.
“I think there’s a checklist for your college career with things you want to accomplish,” said McLain, the team captain.
