BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The Bowling Green State University baseball team completed its fall season last week as the annual Orange and Brown World Series came to an end. After falling behind in the best-of-five series, 2-1, the Brown team won the final two ballgames to take the Fall World Series crown.
"I was really happy with the way our guys competed," said head coach Danny Schmitz. "Since arriving to campus, I think this team has had a good attitude, and it was fun to see different guys develop over the last few months. The key will be staying locked in over winter before we get back at it in the spring.
