A total of eight Bowling Green State University women's basketball student-athletes have been named to the Academic All-Mid-American Conference Team, the league office announced Thursday morning (March 29). Seniors Rachel Myers and Haley Puk, juniors Maddie Cole and Carly Santoro and sophomores Andrea Cecil, Clare Glowniak, Caterrion Thompson and Jane Uecker all made the team.
BGSU's eight selections tied for the highest total of any MAC institution. A total of 61 student-athletes were chosen to the team.
The 2017-18 season marks the 10th consecutive year that BGSU has led the conference, or tied for the lead, in Academic All-MAC Women's Basketball Team selections.
