DETROIT — Talk about a dream matchup for the Thomas family.
For brothers Brady and Quinn Thomas, Perrysburg natives who have quite a family history of coaching football, they will get the rarest of opportunities to face each other early in their careers.
Brady, a 2018 Perrysburg High School graduate, is a defensive graduate assistant coach for Bowling Green State University.
Quinn, a 2015 graduate, is in the same position at New Mexico State.
Fate just happened to work in their favor; BGSU (6-6) will be squaring off with New Mexico State (6-6) in Monday’s Quick Lane Bowl at Ford Field in Detroit.
