The Bowling Green State University men’s basketball program received another boost on Wednesday night when senior Trey Diggs announced he will use his extra year of eligibility and return next season.
Diggs played in all 26 games this past season and ranked third on the team in scoring at 11.5 points per game. Diggs also averaged 4.3 rebounds per contest. Diggs also shot 37.8 percent from 3-point range (59 of 156 attempts).
In 57 career games at BG, Diggs has scored 532 points (9.3 per game). He also has 199 rebounds and made 109 shots from 3-point range.
