Greensboro Swarm Official Website Demajeo Wiggins, a standout player for the Bowling Green State University men's basketball team from 2015-18, was selected in the first round of the 2019 NBA G-League Draft. Wiggins was selected by the Greensboro Swarm with the No. 14 overall pick. The four-round, 112-pick draft took place on Saturday (Oct. 26) afternoon.
No player in the history of the program appeared in more games than Wiggins, who broke the school record for games played in a career with 129.
Wiggins is one of just three players in school history – along with Nate Thurmond (1961-63) and Cornelius Cash (1973-75) – to post 1,000 career points and 1,000 career rebounds.
