BOWLING GREEN -- Sophomore point guard Rodrick Caldwell announced that he will be leaving the Bowling Green State University men's basketball program.
BG confirmed the transfer of the 5-11 Dayton native, who played his high school ball at Wayne High School.
"First off I just want to thank Bowling Green State University, for welcoming me with open arms!" Caldwell said via Twitter. "Thanks to the coaching staff, my teammates, the managers, and everyone who played a role with my involvement at Bowling Green.
"With that being said, I will be transferring to continue my academic and athletic career.
