BOWLING GREEN — On this Black Friday, there was no discounting the most complete team in the Mid-American Conference.
Buffalo needed a victory against Bowling Green to assure its place in the league title game next week, and it made sure there was no whiff of an upset in the final regular-season game for both teams Friday at Doyt Perry Stadium. The Bulls rocked Bowling Green with a 21-point second quarter and never turned back with a 44-14 victory that clinched the MAC East Division.
The Bulls will meet West champion Northern Illinois on Dec. 1 in Detroit for the MAC championship game.
