I called up Western Michigan athletic director Dan Bartholomae to find out.

The Broncos captured the trophy Saturday night in St. Louis, then flew back the next morning to Kalamazoo, where the electrified scene defied belief.
Just as it felt like all of town was among the roaring sellout crowd of 16,953 at the Enterprise Center for the championship game, it was no different back home as a police escort led the champions — riding in style in a fleet of stretch limos — from the airport to campus.
