BOWLING GREEN — Welp, it was fun while it lasted.
Forgive Bowling Green football fans if they’re spitting out the Kool-Aid and reaching for another kind of drink.
Just when the Falcons were flying higher than they have in years — and in position to snare their biggest victory in years Wednesday night — they instead came thudding back to earth in a 40-6 loss to Kent State.
