Bowling Green moves basketball doubleheader because of forecast

BOWLING GREEN — Bowling Green State University plans to continue with its basketball doubleheader Saturday at Stroh Center, but the start times have been moved in anticipation of heavy snow in the area.

The Falcons plan to play both games in the afternoon. The women’s basketball game between Bowling Green and rival Toledo will tip off at noon; the men’s game against Western Michigan has a scheduled 2:30 p.m. start.

Bowling Green announced that a ticket for either game will gain admission to both games. The school also will have free admission to its gymnastics meet, scheduled for 1 p.
