Bowling Green men's basketball falls at St. Bonaventure 81-68

ST. BONAVENTURE, N.Y. — The Bowling Green State University men's basketball team fell 81-68 at St. Bonaventure on Saturday.

Bowling Green (2-2) got 18 points and a team-high seven rebounds from Leon Ayers. Samari Curtis had 13 points, and Kaden Matheny and Chandler Turner each scored 10.

Daryl Banks III had 34 points to lead St. Bonaventure, while Chad Venning scored 15, and Yann Farell had 14 points.

"The first half we had some easy shots, some easy layups, that we missed and rolled right off the rim," Bowling Green coach Michael Huger said in a release.
