Bowling Green hockey swept at Bemidji State

BEMIDJI, Minn. — The Bowling Green State University hockey team lost its fourth straight game Saturday, falling 4-2 at 19th-ranked Bemidji State to close out a two-game Western Collegiate Hockey Association weekend series.

The Falcons (13-13-2, 8-10-2 WCHA) gave up two goals in the final three minutes after rallying from a 2-0 deficit.

Ross Armour connected on the game-winner for Bemidji State with 2:29 to go in the game. The Beavers’ Owen Sillinger added an empty-net goal with 58 seconds to go.

Frederic Letourneau put Bowling Green on the board at 12:57 of the second period, assisted by Will Cullen and Jacob Dalton.
