Cleveland, Ohio – Bowling Green State University was the recipient of the 2019 Institutional Sportsmanship Award presented on Wednesday, May 29 at the MAC Honors Dinner, as part of the conference's annual Spring Meetings at the Cleveland Renaissance Hotel.
This marks the first time for Bowling Green to receive this special honor as voted upon by MAC membership.
"BGSU is honored and humbled to receive the Institutional Sportsmanship Award, as chosen by our peer institutions," BGSU Director of Athletics Bob Moosbrugger said. "At BGSU, we talk about winning it right – on the field of competition, in the classroom and in the community.
