BOWLING GREEN — Bowling Green State University’s hockey team tallied three second-period goals to build a four-goal cushion as it prevailed 4-1 over Princeton on Friday at Slater Family Ice Arena.
Jaden Grant’s goal 1:36 into the first period gave the Falcons a 1-0 advantage, which they held going into the second.
BGSU then notched two more goals in the first five minutes of period two. Connor Levis found the back of the net 3:09 in, then 1:14 later it was Dominik Rymon scoring for a 3-0 advantage.
The Falcons then extended the lead to 4-0 thanks to a Tyler Hotson goal.
