BOWLING GREEN — First-year Bowling Green State University women’s basketball coach Fred Chmiel isn’t messing around when it comes to beefing up the Falcons’ schedule.
BGSU will host perennial power South Carolina and travel to Indiana and Iowa in a challenging 2023-24 schedule that the school released on Wednesday.
Those three opponents for BGSU finished first, second, and third, respectively, in the final Associated Press poll for the 2022-23 season, with Iowa reaching the NCAA championship game and South Carolina advancing to the Final Four.
