BOWLING GREEN — The Bowling Green State University women’s basketball team dropped its second game in a row, losing 68-56 on Saturday to Central Michigan.
After a tied game at halftime, the Chippewas used a 20-11 scoring difference in the third quarter to help pull away in the second half. Their scoring efforts were led by Madi Morson with 22 points and Nekhu Mitchell with 17.
For the Falcons, Kendal Moxey finished with a team-high 16 points on 4 of 6 shooting. Paige Kohler added 11 points while going 5 of 18. As a whole, the team struggled from the floor, shooting 29.
