As winter rolls on, and Bowling Green athletics roll into February, the Falcons continue to put winning teams out. This is a weekly recap for the games in the last week of January.

Coming off a sweep to Bemidji State on the road, the Falcons needed to at least split the series against the No. 18 ranked Michigan Tech Huskies to keep their chances alive at a WCHA championship. They did that and more, as they swept the two-game set, winning Friday by a score of 6-3 and Saturday by a score of 5-2.
