BOWLING GREEN — A spokesman at Bowling Green State University said Wednesday the school will not release the aggregate results of coronavirus testing for its sports teams.
Along with the rest of the Mid-American Conference, Bowling Green began testing football players four times per week earlier this month as part of the conference's protocol for its return-to-play plans.
All 10 Football Bowl Subdivision conferences have implemented a testing regiment to play a fall season, but releasing football-specific data has been left to individual schools.
BGSU maintains a university-wide dashboard for coronavirus data — the school has reported 483 positive cases between Aug.
