BOWLING GREEN — Bowling Green State University’s men’s basketball team added some considerable height and experience on Tuesday.
Justin Thomas, a 6-foot-7 guard who spent last season at Florida State, announced his commitment to transfer to BGSU. The Baton Rouge native appeared in all 32 games, including five starts, in his only season with the Atlantic Coast Conference program.
Thomas averaged 4.8 points on 42.2 percent shooting in 22 minutes per game. His season high of 11 points came against eventual national champion Florida on Nov. 15.
