The Bowling Green State University men's basketball program has added former Old Dominion University forward Joe Reece through the transfer portal.
Reece, a 6-foot-8 forward, played three seasons at Old Dominion where he averaged 7.8 points and 5.1 rebounds last season.
The native of St. Louis played in 60 games for the Monarchs over three seasons and is immediately eligible with two seasons remaining.
BG coach Michael Huger said he is thrilled to add Reece to his program.
“Joe is a versatile forward that comes from a successful program at Old Dominion,” Huger said. "On the court, he will be able to play multiple positions, while displaying an ability to rebound, defend, and score in a variety of ways.
