BOWLING GREEN -- The Bowling Green State University hockey team beat Clarkson 6-3 at the BG Ice Arena tonight.
Ben Murphy scored a pair of goals to lead the No. 12 Falcons, who also got goals from Jakob Reichert, Sean Walker, Pierre-Luc Mercier and Tyler Spezia.
The goals for the Golden Knights were scored by Marly Quince, Nic Pierog and Troy Josephs.
Tommy Burke stopped 32 shots to earn the win for BG. Steve Perry had seven saves but allowed three goals and was replaced in net by Greg Lewis, who finished with 22 saves.
