YPSILANTI, Mich. — Bowling Green State University’s losing streak stretched to four games with a 27-21 Mid-American Conference football loss to Eastern Michigan on Saturday at Rynearson Stadium.
BGSU fell to 3-7 (1-5 MAC) and will miss a bowl game for the first time since 2021. Eastern Michigan improved to 3-7 (2-4).
Austyn Dendy had a pair of touchdown runs for BGSU, which led 14-10 after his second score with three minutes left in the second quarter.
The Falcons pulled within 24-21 with 4:36 left when redshirt freshman quarterback Hunter Najm found Jyrin Johnson for a 2-yard touchdown, but couldn’t get any closer.
