BOWLING GREEN — As training camp draws near for college football teams, split practices are among the ideas Bowling Green is discussing as it prepares for the start of the planned fall season.
There are no more two-a-day practices for players as there were in years past — but coaches could hold multiple practices for different groups, similar to what the Falcons already are doing during ongoing mandatory workouts.
Bowling Green has not formally decided how it will practice if training camp does indeed start as scheduled, though Falcons coach Scot Loeffler said Monday the football staff and BGSU administration is mulling just about everything it would do under normal circumstances.
