BOWLING GREEN — Bowling Green State University football bolstered its 2020 recruiting class last weekend, adding three 3-star recruits.
Javonte Kinsey (Sandalwood High School, Jacksonville, Fla.); Tucker Melton (Central High School, Phenix City, Ala.); and Elijah Eberhardt (Princeton High School, Cincinnati) all tweeted Sunday they had committed to play football at BG.
The Falcons have the No. 2 recruiting class in the Mid-American Conference, according to 247sports.com. BG is just behind Western Michigan, and both schools have 12 commits. Of the Falcons’ 12, seven are three-star recruits.
Eberhardt, a 6-foot-1, 175-pound cornerback, played in only three games in the 2018 season after tearing his ACL.
