Bowling Green, Ohio – The sixth annual Ziggy Awards were held Thursday evening as the department held a virtual awards show on Twitter as the event could not be held in-person due to the COVID-19 quarantine and stay-at-home order. BGSU Athletics honors and recognizes its 425 student-athletes and supporters of the department during the night. The Ziggy Awards follow in the tradition of the former Athletics Honors Night.
Anthony Mwembia, of the men's soccer team, and Talisa Lemke, of swimming and diving, earned the highest honor given to a BGSU student-athlete – The Falcon Medal of Honor.
