The Falcon baseball team was swept by the Central Michigan Chippewas, as the team fell 9-6 on Sunday afternoon, 4-3 on Saturday afternoon and 8-4 on Friday afternoon.
“I think we could have won all three games this weekend,” Falcons Head Coach Danny Schmitz said. “We had opportunities to do that but we just keep losing games the same way and can’t play a complete game, that’s the bottom line.”
On Sunday, the team started off strong as junior infielder Ty Suntken notched a two RBI single in the second inning, however Central Michigan tied it up in the bottom of the inning.
