BOWLING GREEN — A challenging first half of the schedule, followed by some winnable Mid-American Conference games down the stretch, highlight what could be an unforgettable football season at Bowling Green State University.
With first-year coach Eddie George running the show, BGSU will likely have plenty of eyes on them with the former Heisman Trophy-winning Ohio State running back and NFL All-Pro leading the Falcons.
Several intriguing nonleague games early in the 2025 campaign will give way to arguably the two biggest MAC contests to start the conference schedule. BGSU, which has made three straight bowl games, has thrived in the second half of its recent schedules in going 5-1 in its last six regular-season contests in 2024, 5-1 in 2023, and 4-2 in 2022.
