3 things to watch in Bowling Green at Western Michigan

BOWLING GREEN — Bowling Green football is back on the road this week for its second of four Mid-American Conference road games with a trip to Kalamazoo, Mich., to play Western Michigan.

The Broncos won last year’s game 35-28 in what proved to be the final game for former coach Mike Jinks.

Three things to watch as Bowling Green readies to play WMU:

1. The WMU duo of LeVante Bellamy and Jon Wassink

Bellamy, the Broncos’ running back, has more yards than any other Group of Five running back. Wassink has more passing yards than Jalen Hurts, Sam Ehlinger, or Jacob Eason.
