Bowling Green State University football coach Eddie George has put an enormous emphasis on his defense stopping the run so far this season.
The Falcons will face their biggest test yet this weekend.
Louisville sophomore running back Isaac Brown, the 2024 Atlantic Coast Conference rookie and offensive rookie of the year, highlights a high-powered Cardinals’ offense that the Falcons will be trying to slow down. George, the former Heisman Trophy winning running back at Ohio State, has plenty of respect for Brown and his ability.
“He’s explosive. He can make you pay, so it’s going to be important for us to corral him,” George said.
