Arsenal and Tottenham have failed to offer former Bournemouth star Ryan Fraser a deal ahead of the 2020-2021 campaign, according to reports.
Crystal Palace have made the Scottish international an offer but The Sun report that interest from the two north London clubs has dried up.
The midfielder is a free agent after deciding to leave the Cherries at the end of his contract in June, opting to reject a new contract as well as a short-term extension to complete the season.
