Thomas Frank has compared Saturday's play-off showdown against Bournemouth to Christmas Eve - and the Brentford boss hopes his players will unwrap more than a pair of socks from under the tree.

The Bees are looking to overturn a 1-0 first-leg deficit as they bid to reach a second successive Championship play-off final.

‘It is exactly like Christmas Eve - the big presents are just in front of you. But the thing is, we don’t know what we’re going to get,’ said Frank.
