Stoke 0-1 Bournemouth: Late Junior Stanislas winner sends Cherries third in the Championship as Potters miss out on moving into the play-off places

Junior Stanislas scored a late clincher to send Bournemouth third in the Championship with a win over Stoke at the Bet365 Stadium on Saturday.

Prolific striker Stanislas scampered onto a Steve Cook pass before producing a clinical finish as the visitors earned their first win in three games.

The 79th-minute winner ensured that Stoke failed to earn the win that would have taken them into the play-off positions as the Potters suffered their first defeat in six matches.
