Premier League derby day will fall on December 2 with Chelsea facing Fulham, Arsenal hosting Tottenham and Liverpool taking on Everton.
Sky and BT announced their broadcast selections in December and January on Friday, with teams now able to plot their paths through the busy Christmas periods.
Other notable switches see Liverpool's Anfield showdown with Manchester United moved to Sunday, December 16 in a 4pm kick-off while United will also play against Arsenal on a Wednesday evening on December 5.
Broadcasters Sky and BT, meanwhile, were unwilling to gamble on Tottenham being in their new stadium before 2019.
