Chelsea are set to reward Trevoh Chalobah for his breakout season with a new contract.
The academy graduate has established himself in the first team after being given a chance under Thomas Tuchel in pre-season, impressing in his performances against Bournemouth, Tottenham and Arsenal.
Chalobah's current deal is set to expire in 2022 and the Blues are reportedly keen to tie him down for the long-term.
