Bournemouth pull out of talks to sign former QPR winger Bright Osayi-Samuel as Turkish club Fenerbahce demand an obligation to buy the Nigerian international for £12m in the summer

Bournemouth aren't pursuing interest in a loan for Nigerian international winger Bright Osayi-Samuel because his Turkish club Fenerbahce insist it would have to come with an obligation to buy for £12million in the summer.

Osayi-Samuel - who joined Fenerbahce in January 2021 after plying his trade in England with Queens Park Rangers - had been linked with a move to the Vitality Stadium earlier this month.

However, Fenerbahce were only interested in letting Osayi-Samuel leave on loan if there was an obligation to buy clause added to the contract. As a result, Bournemouth recalled their interest.
