Eddie Howe has believes the current pressure surrounding the job of Premier League-winning manager Antonio Conte 'defies belief'.
Chelsea boss Conte was rumoured to be battling dressing-room unrest and close scrutiny from the Blues board owing to three defeats in the first nine games of their title defence.
The Bournemouth boss though, remains bewildered by football's sack culture, and insisted every Premier League boss' job must be on the line if Conte faces an uncertain future.

'Well if that's the case we've all got problems,' Howe said of the rumours that Conte was facing a precarious position ahead of Chelsea's visit to Dean Court on Saturday.
