There were 43 trades from July 15 through Tuesday's non-waiver trade deadline. While a lot of those happened in the days leading up to Tuesday and included some significant names, there was still a flurry of activity in the final 24 hours or so. Let's review some of those trades made -- or not made -- and declare winners and losers.
