We’e got the final game of the Grapefruit League this afternoon as the Minnesota Twins make the cross-town trek. And, folks, I’m guessing this will be the Opening Day lineup on Thursday:
Kristian Campbell once again gets the start at second base and it sure seems like the Red Sox would like him to remain there for the next six years, at least (and let’s hope it ends up being 15).
On the pitching side of things, is this one more shot for Cooper Criswell to crack the rotation? I doubt it. As Jacob Roy wrote in his preview of the Sox rotation depth, we pretty much know who Criswell is at this point.
