Terry Francona grateful for John Farrell's health, David Ortiz's career

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Red Sox manager John Farrell, who recently completed his chemotherapy to treat stage 1 lymphoma and is in remission, spent about 25 minutes answering questions in front the bright lights and cameras on Tuesday afternoon.

He said he was feeling great.

There are few happier for Farrell than former Red Sox manager and current Cleveland Indians skipper Terry Francona, who has been by Farrell’s side since the cancer diagnosis was first made in August.

“We are obviously pretty good friends,” Francona said. “I probably say things to him I shouldn't. Like we're getting our picture taken today, and I was teasing him, I said, ‘The cameraman says why are there two guys with cancer?
