While Carlos Correa and Corey Seager have emerged as the standard-bearers of the position, the game is filled with other good, young players throughout the league. The Red Sox’ shortstop is somewhere in that mass of talent, but whether he’s near the top depends on whether he can bounce back from a so-so 2017 season.
