Several familiar (and famous) faces were spotted at Fenway for Game 1 of the World Series

Among the 38,454 fans in the seats at Fenway Park Tuesday night for Game 1 of the World Series were a slew of recognizable people there to support the Red Sox as they battled it out against the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Marlborough-born Bill Simmons, founder of sports and pop culture website The Ringer, was spotted along the third-base line. Celtics assistant general manager Mike Zarren tweeted a photo from the outfield giving a shout-out to right fielder Mookie Betts for attending Boston’s game against the Orlando Magic Monday night. And former Boston College baseball player Pete Frates, who popularized the Ice Bucket Challenge in his fight against ALS, was in attendance with his brother, Andrew, and wife, Julie.
