We’re waiting for the Red Sox to make their decisions regarding the five arbitration-eligible players on the roster and whether or not they will tender them contracts for 2021, but in the meantime we did get a little news on the bottom of the roster. Last week, the team claimed pitcher Joel Payamps off waivers from the Diamondbacks, and to make room on the roster they designated Robert Stock for assignment. On Wednesday, they announced Stock has been claimed off waivers by the Cubs.
