Red Sox starting pitcher Kutter Crawford was cooling down right when Saturday’s game against the Blue Jays reached its hottest moment.
Crawford, who started Saturday’s game, was in the cold tub in the Red Sox’ locker room when Alex Verudgo’s throw from right field got Bo Bichette out at home plate to prevent the tying run from scoring and get the final out of the game, securing a 7-6 win.
As Crawford was “watching it unfold” on the television in front of the cold tub, he went through a bit of a roller coaster of emotions as it appeared Vladimir Guerrero Jr.
