Roman Anthony, who made his MLB debut for Boston in June after rising to become the No. 1 prospect in baseball, is finalizing an eight-year contract extension worth $130 million according to ESPN’s Jeff Passan.
“The deal, which is pending a physical, includes a club option and will keep Anthony under team control through 2034,” reported Passan.
