This was a rough day for the PawSox, who did just lost two of their best players in Tzu-Wei Lin and Michael Chavis after both were promoted to the big leagues. The bullpen did get a rest here, with Josh Smith and Ryan Weber both pitching six full innings for complete games, although both did pick up losses in the process.
