Well, it’s Owings’ world and we’re just living in it. I’ve talked a few times this week about how good the former major leaguer has been since signing a minor-league deal with the organization and he’s just done the damn thing once again. Owings hit his ninth home run in 31 games on Friday, and amazingly it was his sixth consecutive game with a homer.
