April showers bring May flowers, and May flowers bring a big league promotion for Roman Anthony. Right? That’s the old saying isn’t it? Pretty sure my grand pappy used to say that when he was bouncing me on his knee on Spring mornings of yore.

Anyway, we’ll see whether we get any Anthony in a Red Sox uniform in May, but we definitely got rain in April, as both Worcester and Portland were rained out yesterday. But both affiliates south of the Mason-Dixon got their games in.
