Red Sox-Indians series finale postponed

CLEVELAND -- Welcome to Cleveland, where it is warm and sunny on Easter Sunday and then frigid and rainy come Opening Day. The weather played an unfortunate role in the Indians' first few days of baseball this year, shortening the season-opening series with the Red Sox to two games.

The Indians announced on Thursday that the series finale against the Sox was postponed due to inclement weather, marking the second time in the past four days that rain has altered the schedule. There is no announced makeup date as of now.
